- Proven ability to launch and scale successful products while delivering measurable, high impact campaigns.
- Expertise in driving innovation, organic footfall, and organic search growth.
- Strong customer-first mindset with ownership of content across all brand communication touchpoints.
- Develop and execute holistic brand strategies to drive growth, awareness, and engagement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products, campaigns, and customer initiatives.
- Leverage customer insights and market research to guide brand positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate with digital teams to optimize online presence and customer experience.
- Drive continuous innovation and experimentation to stay ahead of competitors.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in the FMCG sector with leading brands 
- 1-2 years in online brand management, ideally within a consumer-facing, high-growth environment
