General Manager/Assistant Vice President - Site Execution

- Directing project management with coordination, budgeting, cost controlling with value engineering, planning, scheduling, and coordination with all the agencies

- Leading project management to deliver project milestones as per agreed project schedules

- Gathering business requirements and translating them into clearly documented application & operational requirements

- Ensuring projects start, progress & finish within defined & detailed scope including time & cost parameters

- Developing & reviewing agreement of project plans, allocating resources & work packages to achieve project objectives

- Ensure sufficient resources and skill sets are available in order to meet all project targets agreeing resource requirements throughout the project team with the relevant managers, escalating where necessary

- Performing daily site visits, quality checking and managing client & internal meetings with seniors

- Planning & mitigating project risks to acceptable levels to ensure project objectives & deliverables are achieved

- Creating, maintaining, updating & sharing projects MIS with management as per requirement

- Ensuring all work done was as per required standards and making sure of safety of employees

- Generating daily & monthly progress reports and monitoring work as per planned programme

- Arranging inspection of various materials with client & vendors, following-up with client for further dispatches to site

- Generating MIS of important reports required from project site for contract monitoring, format of reports and of all important communication/documents affecting the contract development process

- Evaluating feasibility of civil projects; handle cost / benefits analysis at project decision points and developed and submitted detailed Project Reports

- Finalizing requirements & specifications in consultation with clients as well as handle project scheduling; including material & manpower planning

- Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.

- Executing infrastructure works including civil & track works, maintenance activities, so on

- Developing, managing and monitoring the performance of multi-skilled work force and conceptualise need-based training programs to facilitate smooth production operations

Basic Requirements

- B.E. (Civil Engineering) with minimum 20 years of rich experience in managing overall construction projects right from Design, development to delivery encompassing planning, monitoring, controlling phases of project

- Execution of large scale residential projects for the majority of the career

- Experience of working with prominent real estate developers preferred
