To drive B2B sales growth for Transformer Oils, White Oils, and other specialty petroleum products across the assigned territory by managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring long-term customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify, target, and acquire new B2B customers in Transformer Oil / White Oil segments.
- Expand sales for mineral oils, hydraulic oils, specialty oils, and lubricant oils.
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve client queries promptly.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer demands.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams for client-specific requirements.
Team & Cross-functional Coordination (For AGM & GM roles):
- Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve territory and organizational goals.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order execution.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the Transformer Oil / White Oil industry.
- Knowledge of Mineral Oil, Hydraulic Oil, Specialty Oil, and Lubricant Oil markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and territories effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems.
Candidate Preferences:
- First Priority: Candidates with experience in Transformer Oil / White Oil.
- Second Priority: Candidates with experience in Mineral Oil, Hydraulic Oil, Specialty Oil, and Lubricant Oil.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in Engineering / Science / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
