General Manager/Assistant General Manager - Finance - CA

We're Hiring: AGM/GM - Finance

We're on the lookout for an experienced Chartered Accountant to join our client. This is a high-impact role for someone who can independently manage corporate finance, investments, and governance at the top level.

Role: AGM/GM - Finance

Location: New Delhi (Work from Office - 5 Days)

Experience: 8-10 years post-qualification

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage finances of Family Trusts, Holding Companies & SPVs

2. Oversee taxation, investments, compliance, and MIS reporting

3. Evaluate and track investment performance across sectors & geographies

4. Liaise with auditors, company secretaries, banks, and legal teams

5. Ensure full compliance with RBI/FEMA, Income Tax Act, Companies Act

6. Directly coordinate with senior leadership & external advisors

Requirements

1. Qualified CA with 8-10 years' experience; CS qualification preferred

2. Exposure to Family Offices / HNIs / Conglomerate Finance functions

3. Strong in corporate finance, investment analysis, tax structuring & governance

4. Discreet, dependable, and effective communicator
