Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance Manager (CA/CMA) with a strong background in manufacturing accounts, costing, and SAP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving cost efficiencies within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of financial accounting and costing in a manufacturing setup.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Implement and monitor cost control measures to improve profitability.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and financial policies.

- Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to senior management.

- Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP for financial and cost accounting processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations.

- Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and other financial statements.

- Manage audits, internal controls, and risk management processes.

Key Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) qualification is mandatory.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing industry finance & accounts.

- Expertise in cost accounting, financial planning, and budgeting.

- Hands-on experience with SAP is a must.

- Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial regulations.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead financial operations efficiently.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
