Job Summary: The Director of Transition will be responsible for leading the transition of new projects and solutions from sales to operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management, client engagement, and solution design. The director will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions, optimize processes, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Transition Management:
- Lead the end-to-end transition process for new projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational standards.
- Develop and implement transition plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
1. Solution Design:
- Work with sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support solution proposals.
- Ensure that solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with industry best practices.
1. Client Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the transition phase, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
1. Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to transition processes, solution designs, and client interactions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transition and solutioning activities.
1. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of transition and solutioning professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for transition initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
- 13+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM with 3-4 years' experience project management, transition management, or solution design
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex transitions and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
