Role Description:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote plastic products (planters, household plastics, packaging, etc.) in domestic and international markets.

- Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and customer needs.

- Drive B2B & B2C marketing campaigns across offline and digital platforms.

- Plan and execute branding, advertising, exhibitions, and trade shows for product promotion.

- Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, dealers, OEM clients, and modern trade channels.

- Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and increase revenue.

- Design and execute product launch strategies for new products.

- Manage digital marketing activities (social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns) in coordination with the digital team.

- Track marketing ROI and prepare regular MIS/reports for management review.

- Identify and develop new markets/territories for business expansion (domestic & export).

- Coordinate with the product development team to align market needs with innovation.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of plastic industry markets, trends, and customer segments.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to lead and manage a marketing team.

- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, CRM, and analytics.

- Strong problem-solving, creativity, and strategic thinking abilities.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and market visits.

Qualification:

MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent.

Graduation in any field (preferred: marketing/business/engineering background).
