Technical Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in client-facing roles.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale accounts effectively.
- Strong multitasking abilities, requiring focus, prioritization, and excellent follow-through.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, organizing meetings, and stakeholder management.
- High analytical skills, networking abilities, and a strong orientation toward technology applications.
- Ability to identify opportunities for business growth and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Support and enhance customer success tools and assets such as CRM, Jira, playbooks, dashboards, and templates, while optimizing processes through automation and efficiency improvements.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships at multiple levels within client organizations.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
- Conduct account mining to expand current revenue streams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Address customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for both internal and external stakeholders.
