Key Responsibilities:


- Customer Understanding and Development: Develop an in-depth understanding of strategic customers and their brand portfolios.

- Foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to build trust and collaboration.

- Defend and grow the existing business within specified fragrance product segments.

- Business Strategy and Execution: Design and implement strategic account plans, sales forecasts, and budgets to meet company objectives.

- Monitor performance against sales and gross profit targets, taking corrective actions as needed.

- Identify new business opportunities and create mutual value propositions for customers and the company.

- Build and manage a robust project pipeline to maximize resource efficiency.

- Product Positioning and Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on fragrance trends, competitor activities, and innovations in product development.

- Identify key value drivers for customers and position the company's value proposition effectively.

- Strategically promote the company's products and technologies to align with customer needs.

- Project Management and Innovation: Lead and manage customer briefs, innovation projects, and proactive development initiatives.

- Use project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and overall success.

- Act as a central point of communication and accountability for project execution.

Your Professional:


- Profile A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in sales, key account management, business development, or a techno-commercial role within the fragrance or related industry.

- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate customer needs into business opportunities.

- Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proven project management capabilities with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

- Familiarity with fragrance trends, competitive analysis, and market insights.

- A proactive approach to identifying and solving customer challenges.

- Desired Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions.

- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to build long-term partnerships with clients.

- Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

- Knowledge of fragrance development processes and related technologies is a plus.
