About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and analytically driven Investment Analyst Manager to join our Investment Management team.

You will play a critical role in supporting investment decision-making and managing end-to-end fund operations for a Category III Open-Ended AIF, with exposure across equities, fixed income, alternatives, and thematic investments.

Fund Operations & Oversight

- NAV & Valuation: Calculate NAV, manage investment valuation, fee payments, and ensure timely reporting.

- Reporting & MIS: Generate position reports, cash flow projections, investor MIS, and optimize reporting processes.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with custodians, bankers, fund administrators, and manage fund movements.

- Reconciliations: Perform daily/periodic trade and cash reconciliations and resolve breaks.

- Investor Operations: Handle investor subscriptions, redemptions, reconciliations, and distributor payments.

- Audit & Compliance: Support audits, tax filings, and ensure adherence to SEBI AIF regulations and internal controls.

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in Excel, financial modelling, and data analysis.

- In-depth understanding of capital markets settlement cycles, derivatives margin movements, custody, and clearing processes.

- Proven knowledge of NAV calculations, valuation methodologies, and expense accrual logic.

- Strong understanding and prior experience in MIS designing and reporting frameworks.

- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to handle high volumes of data with

accuracy.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skill

Work Experience:

- 4-7 years of relevant experience in fund operations, NAV accounting, or investment

operations, preferably within an AIF, mutual fund, hedge fund, or fund administration setup.

- Prior exposure to Category III AIF operations or open-ended fund structures will be highly preferred.
