Job Description:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Procurement, Inventory, and Costing Functional Specialist with 8+ years of expertise to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the Oracle Fusion Procurement, Inventory, and Costing suite of applications, as well as the ability to configure, implement, and support business solutions within these modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Oracle Fusion Procurement:

- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Procurement modules (Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Procurement Contracts).

- Lead and assist in the implementation and optimization of procurement processes.

- Provide expert guidance on procurement business processes, including supplier management, requisitioning, and purchasing workflows.

Oracle Fusion Inventory:

- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Inventory and related modules (Inventory Management, Costing, and Warehouse Management).

- Assist in the implementation of inventory management processes, including stock management, cycle counting, and product categorization.

- Provide expertise on inventory valuation, transactions, and integration with other modules such as Procurement and Order Management.

Oracle Fusion Costing:

- Support the configuration of Oracle Fusion Costing module, including costing methods (Standard, Average, etc.) and integration with Oracle Financials and other relevant modules.

- Assist in managing cost structures, variance analysis, and inventory costing processes.

- Provide guidance on managing material cost updates and integrating costing with procurement and inventory transactions.

Business Process and Solution Optimization:

- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend process improvements.

- Perform gap analysis between business requirements and system functionality.

- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including leading business requirement workshops and training sessions for end users.

- Design and configure system solutions and drive business processes improvement.

Implementation and Support:

- Lead and contribute to the successful implementation and upgrades of Oracle Procurement, Inventory, and Costing modules.

- Provide post-implementation support and maintenance for system issues, troubleshooting, and optimizations.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of the Oracle suite with other enterprise systems.

Required Skills And Experience:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle Procurement, Inventory, and Costing modules, with a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion applications.

- Extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Procurement, Inventory, and Costing modules.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) suite and its integration with other Oracle modules such as Financials, Order Management, and Manufacturing.

- Strong understanding of business processes in procurement, inventory, and costing.

- Experience in leading Oracle Cloud transformations, including system configurations, upgrades, and testing.

- Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams to deliver successful solutions.

- Experience with Oracle Cloud configurations, business requirements gathering, and process design.

- Ability to train and mentor junior team members on best practices in procurement, inventory, and costing.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Oracle certifications in Procurement, Inventory, and Costing or related modules.

- Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion) deployments in a global environment.

- Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and its migration to Oracle Cloud.

- Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management tools.
