Functional Head - Preparatory Segment

Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced Functional Head Preparatory to lead the Preparatory

- Department in the sheeting division at our Budhni plant.

- The role holder would be responsible for managing preparatory processes, including warping, sizing, beaming, and drawing-in for sheeting (bed sheets).

- This role requires expertise in yarn preparation, process optimization, automation, and team leadership to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Operational Excellence & Process Optimization:

- Oversee and manage preparatory processes (warping, sizing, beaming, drawing-in) to ensure seamless fabric preparation.

- Implement best practices in preparatory operations to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.

- Drive automation and process improvements in preparatory stages for better efficiency and fabric quality.

- Monitor and optimize material utilization and resource planning to minimize downtime.

Production Planning & Execution:

- Collaborate with weaving, cutting, and production teams to ensure timely fabric availability.

- Ensure accurate execution of preparatory schedules aligned with overall production targets.

- Manage and maintain yarn and preparatory equipment inventory, ensuring smooth operations.

Critical Competencies Required:

- Technical proficiency in preparatory machinery, process control, and efficiency enhancement.

- Deep understanding of fabric properties, yarn preparation, and defect analysis.
