We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Functional Consultant to serve as the bridge between business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure systems, and ensure solutions are aligned with business processes and goals.
- Collaborate with business users to understand needs, document requirements, and define functional specifications.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations.
- Support ERP/CRM or other enterprise system implementations, ensuring alignment with business workflows.
- Develop and execute test cases, support UAT, and ensure solution quality.
- Work with developers, technical consultants, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for end users.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimizations or automation opportunities.
- Support adoption of new systems and processes across the organization.
