Job Description:
- Process Analysis: Analyze and map current business processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design functional solutions that meet business needs, ensuring proper documentation of requirements and specifications.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure clear understanding of project scope and expectations.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in the development of test plans and assist with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for business processes, functional specifications, and other project artifacts.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage and coordinate communication with key business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting practical solutions.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in BRD, FRD, and SRS documentation.
- Strong expertise in Agile Methodology.
- Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear and concise functional requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
