FuelBuddy is looking for a seasoned and resilient Senior Project Manager - B2B Last Mile Operations to lead our B2B last-mile operations in Angul, Odisha. This is a challenging yet rewarding leadership role for a professional with a proven track record of managing complex logistics in demanding, heavy-terrain environments.

We are specifically seeking a leader from a Defense/Army background or an experienced professional from B2B logistics companies who has managed heavy commercial vehicle fleets and last-mile operations.

What You'll Do:

- Operational Command: Take full ownership of B2B last-mile operations in Angul, ensuring the regular and timely supply of fuel to our enterprise clients.

- Fleet Management: Lead and manage a team of commercial vehicle drivers, optimizing routes and ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency for the fleet.

- Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and managing relationships with key external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure a seamless supply chain.

- Data & Technology-Driven: Utilize data and technology to analyze performance, prepare crisp dashboards, and present key insights to management to drive operational improvements.

- SLA Management: Ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients are met consistently, maintaining FuelBuddy's reputation for reliability.

- Technical Oversight: Leverage your technical ability to manage IOT devices operations efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: Of total 8 - 12 years of experience, a minimum of 5 years of extensive, successful experience in B2B last-mile operations, specifically in managing heavy commercial vehicle fleets.

- Terrain Expertise: Proven experience in managing B2B logistics and operations in difficult, heavy-terrain environments within India.

- Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team, especially one of commercial vehicle drivers.

- Background: Candidates from Defense/Army or B2B logistics companies are highly preferred.

- Immediate Availability: We need a leader who can join us immediately to take charge of this critical function.

- Technical Acumen: Good technical knowledge of fuel plants or similar operational units will be a significant advantage. Additionally, an understanding of IoT devices, including their installation, maintenance, and data interpretation, is a plus for our tech-forward operations.
