Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead new business development initiatives across the assigned territory. This role is responsible for identifying potential markets, forging strategic partnerships, acquiring new B2B clients, and scaling revenue in line with FuelBuddys growth objectives.

The ideal candidate should bring deep expertise in enterprise/B2B sales, a solid network, and the ability to create tailored energy solutions for clients across sectors like logistics, infrastructure, manufacturing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition:


- Identify and target key industries and strategic clients requiring large-scale fuel delivery solutions.

- Build a qualified pipeline through cold outreach, client referrals, networking, and industry events.

Client Engagement & Consultative Sales:


- Understand client business models, fuel requirements, and pain points.

- Customize solutions aligned with FuelBuddys offerings, ensuring long-term value and retention.

Market Expansion:


- Analyze regional market dynamics and develop strategies for penetration in untapped territories.

- Execute region-specific sales campaigns and promotional strategies to drive awareness and adoption.

Stakeholder Management:


- Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, tech, customer support) to deliver exceptional onboarding and service.

- Manage senior-level client relationships and contract negotiations.

Revenue Accountability:


- Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for the region.

- Maintain forecasting accuracy and report progress to leadership on a regular basis.

Required Qualifications & Skills:


- Proven experience (812 years) in B2B/Enterprise Sales, preferably in logistics, SaaS, supply chain, or fuel/energy domains. Demonstrated success in hunting and closing new business deals with large clients.

- Strong regional market knowledge and industry connections.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to create data-driven business proposals.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented individual.
