We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead new business development initiatives across the assigned territory. This role is responsible for identifying potential markets, forging strategic partnerships, acquiring new B2B clients, and scaling revenue in line with FuelBuddys growth objectives.
The ideal candidate should bring deep expertise in enterprise/B2B sales, a solid network, and the ability to create tailored energy solutions for clients across sectors like logistics, infrastructure, manufacturing, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition:
- Build a qualified pipeline through cold outreach, client referrals, networking, and industry events.
Client Engagement & Consultative Sales:
- Customize solutions aligned with FuelBuddys offerings, ensuring long-term value and retention.
Market Expansion:
- Execute region-specific sales campaigns and promotional strategies to drive awareness and adoption.
Stakeholder Management:
- Manage senior-level client relationships and contract negotiations.
Revenue Accountability:
- Maintain forecasting accuracy and report progress to leadership on a regular basis.
