Job Overview:

FuelBuddy is a pioneering on-demand fuel delivery service, revolutionizing how businesses and consumers access energy. We are a fast-growing, dynamic company seeking an ambitious and experienced Regional B2B Sales Leader to lead our new client acquisition efforts in the Northern Zone.

Role Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for spearheading new client acquisition and driving significant business growth in the Northern India, especially Gurgaon region. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused solely on identifying, targeting, and closing new B2B Industrial/Corporate/Enterprise clients. A key responsibility will also be to ensure timely payment collection from these newly acquired clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- New Business Development: Aggressively identify and target potential B2B clients across various sectors in Northern India, especially Gurgaon. Clients should be either Industrial, Corporate or Enterprise clients.

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire high-value clients.

- Client Acquisition: Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.

- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets for new client acquisition and revenue generation.

- Payment Collection: Actively follow up and ensure timely and complete payment collection from all acquired clients.

- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategy.

- Reporting: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular, accurate reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Total 9 - 18 years of B2B Industrial/Corporate/Enterprise Sales experience.

- Minimum of 5 years of proven successful B2B sales experience in Gurgaon.

- A strong track record of new client acquisition is essential. Experience in key account management (KAM) is NOT required.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve targets.

- Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the sales process.

- The ideal candidate must be an immediate joiner.
