Supply Chain Management Operations - GM/AGM/Senior Manager

Location: Gurugram - Udyog Vihar

Work Schedule: 6-day workweek

We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations leader with a proven track record in the traditional fuel, oil, and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have prior extensive experience in supply chain management operations from leading companies such as HPCL, IOCL, or Bharat Petroleum.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Your duties will include managing logistics, inventory, and distribution, while collaborating with various departments to maintain a seamless operation. We are looking for a Sr. Manager who can drive process improvements, manage complex challenges, and ensure the timely delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Fuel supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

- Negotiate pricing, margins and payment terms with local and national fuel suppliers. Negotiate other contractual terms.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.

- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational performance.

Experience & Skills Required:

- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in supply chain operations within the traditional fuel, oil, or gas sector.

- Must have prior direct experience with HPCL, IOCL, or Bharat Petroleum.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.

- Will have to operate from Gurgaon office daily.
