As we accelerate our growth, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Associate General Manager to lead our B2B Enterprise Sales function in Gurugram.
This is a high-impact, leadership role for a true hunter who thrives on new business acquisition. You will be at the forefront of our growth, responsible for identifying, developing, and closing significant enterprise accounts across India. What You'll Do:
Lead the Charge: Take full ownership of the Enterprise Sales function, developing and executing a strategic plan to acquire new, large-scale B2B clients.
New Client Acquisition: Spearhead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure with key decision-makers.
Build the Pipeline: Identify and penetrate new industry verticals and market segments to generate a robust and sustainable sales pipeline.
Drive Revenue: Consistently achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets, contributing directly to the company's revenue and market share growth.
Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders to secure long-term, high-value contracts from prospect client.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends to refine our B2B sales strategy and maintain a competitive advantage.
