Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

About the Role :
We are a growing startup in Pune looking for a dynamic Senior Finance Manager with proven expertise in Manufacturing, D2C, and E-commerce. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building financial systems from the ground up, and can partner with leadership to drive profitability and scale.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and lead the finance function for a fast-scaling startup.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
- Prepare and present financial statements, MIS, and investor-ready reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and supply chain costs.
- Implement internal controls, processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Partner with founders and leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Manage taxation, GST, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, growth, sales) to ensure financial discipline in scaling operations.
- Drive ERP/finance systems implementation and automation.
- Mentor and build a strong finance team.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
- 8-12 years of finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in Manufacturing, D2C, or E-commerce (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, GST, and compliance.
- Experience working in startups or fast-growing companies preferred.
- Hands-on with financial modeling, fundraising support, investor relations, and cost optimization.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
