About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager to drive our company's growth and revenue.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into long-term strategic partnerships.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong market knowledge, and sales expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Market Research:
- Identify potential clients, new markets, and emerging trends through targeted research and prospecting strategies.
Sales & Client Acquisition:
- Generate leads, pitch services or solutions, and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Understand client needs and tailor proposals to meet them effectively.
Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
Strategy Development:
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Provide insights into competitive positioning and market opportunities.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs and expectations.
Reporting & Forecasting:
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and track performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports on lead status, revenue forecasts, and strategic opportunities.
Attend Industry Events:
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand visibility and attract new clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- An MBA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and generate new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently
