Job Role

We are looking for a sales Manager with proven track record in Sales/team Management, to be a part of our growing team.

You will be responsible for recruiting, training, managing a team of Loan Advisors and look after the overall efficiency of your team.

Besides, you should also be able to assist with the development and implementation of effective sales strategies and processes.

As the sales manager, you should be able to analyze team performance, spot gaps, monitor productivity, discipline and overall hygiene.

You will be responsible for driving the overall sales targets and enable team members to perform better by guiding, supporting and nurturing them.

You will have to help sales agents in closing better deals and guide them on sales strategies.

The role demands you to align quarterly and annual targets with the companys goals and projections while looking at building better processes that can improve the overall efficiency of the team.

You shall be reporting to the Senior Manager Business and work closely with top management to achieve set goals and targets.

You will be working closely with various departments (Marketing/MIS/Product/Tech) to track, analyze and improve overall performance.

Key Role Highlights

- Continuously meeting and exceeding sales targets, in line with business projections.

- Supervising and guiding the sales team to perform better by evaluating performance, discipline, process hygiene etc.

- Improving the overall operational efficiency of the team by regularly monitoring and upgrading processes.

- Constantly training the team to improve productivity and performance.

- Daily report generation for complete visibility of the functioning and productivity.

- Preparing and presenting detailed sales reports.

- Analyzing the performance of sales members in order to constantly make performance improvement plans and make hiring decisions.

- Work closely with MIS/Marketing/HR/Business Heads/Leadership, in order to drive growth.

- Handle customer escalations and support the sales professionals with the same.

- Oversee the entire lead allocation and utilization cycle.

- Monitor and control the overall discipline (Office reporting, leaves, daily talk time etc.) of team members.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree with MBA Preferred.

- At least 5 years of experience as team leader/sales manager/supervisor.

- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.

- Tech efficiency MS Excel & PPT especially.

- Leadership & People Management skills.

- Decision making & problem-solving skills.

- Prior experience of BFSI is preferred.
