What You'll Do:.

(a) Performance Marketing & UA. Scale campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google UAC, YouTube, Display, and Affiliates, managing multi-crore monthly budgets.

- Continuously experiment with audiences, campaign structures, and creatives to drive down CAC.

- Run always-on creator partnerships and AI-assisted creative pipelines (UGC, vernacular, video variations).

- Own and improve core funnel metrics: CPI, CPT, CPS, install-to-subscription-to-sale, CAC/LTV.

(b)Analytics & Attribution.

- Set up and refine GA4, GTM (client + server), Branch, MoEngage for end-to-end funnel tracking.

- Implement Meta CAPI, Google Conversion tracking, SKAN 5, and server-side attribution frameworks.

- Build and monitor CAC/LTV cohort dashboards, funnel drop-off reports, and creative performance matrices.

- Translate data into actionable insights for scaling or killing campaigns.

(c ) AI-Powered Marketing.

- Use AI tools for creative insights, campaign optimization, and audience insights.

- Automate reporting, bidding adjustments, and campaign experiments with AI/ML workflows.

- Continuously explore new AI applications (predictive LTV models, AI-led personalization, automated A/B testing).

(d) Test & Learn Growth Mindset.

- Run structured experimentation frameworks (stop/start/kill creative matrix, audience split tests).

- Rapidly validate hypotheses: "What if we double vernacular content in Tier-2 cities?" - How much incrementality will we observe.

- Balance speed with rigor: scale only what proves ROI positive.

What We're Looking For.

- 3-6 years in performance marketing/app growth, ideally in fintech, subscription, or consumer tech.

- Track record scaling Meta + Google Ads with budgets >- 50L/month.

- Hands-on with attribution tools (Branch/AppsFlyer/Adjust) and event tracking in GA4.

- Strong analytical skills: funnel analysis, CAC/LTV modeling, SQL basics.

- Self-starter with bias for action - you don't wait for direction, you create momentum.

- Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Pencil, AdCreative, Zapier, etc. ) to scale campaigns and workflows.

- Creative thinker who can brief influencers, ideate hooks, and optimize for thumb-stop and hold-rate.
