1- Handling recruitment activities on all India level through different sources

2- Managing the complete recruitment cycle

3- Conducting interviews, discussing offers with prospective candidates and other allied functions.

4- Salary Negotiation

5- Reference check and collecting all relevant documents from new joiners responsible till joining of the candidate.

6- Hire candidates at various levels, including junior, leadership, corporate, mid-senior, and entry-level positions, tailoring recruitment strategies to meet the specific needs of each role.

7- Identify candidates by sourcing profiles via Naukri, LinkedIn, and references, while coordinating with hiring managers and closing positions monthly across India.

8- Schedule interviews, including walk-ins and virtual sessions via Zoom, and negotiate salaries with candidates.
