Position: Franchise Sales Manager

Location: India (On-site)

Role Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve franchise growth targets.

- Identify and engage potential franchise partners through various lead-generation tactics.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for expansion in the Edtech sector.

- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing franchise agreements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchises.

- Provide comprehensive training and support to franchise partners to ensure success.

- Regularly evaluate franchise performance and provide feedback for improvement.

- Organize and participate in franchise exhibitions and promotional events.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential franchisees and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.

- Analyze sales data to track performance and prepare regular reports for management.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive.

- Participate in contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

- Work closely with the finance team to develop pricing strategies for franchise agreements.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to boost sales performance.

Qualifications :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


- Proven experience in franchise sales or business development in Edtech or similar sectors.

- Exceptional understanding of sales strategies and franchise development processes.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of success.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends and formulate effective strategies.

- Experience in leading and conducting training sessions for franchise partners.

- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Willingness to travel for franchise meetings and events as required.

- High level of self-motivation and initiative.

- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Passion for education and a commitment to enhancing the learning experience.

- Experience working in a team-oriented environment
