About the Role :-
Key Responsibilities :-
Territory Expansion
- Identify, validate, and finalize potential locations for new franchise signups.
Franchise Acquisition
- Generate prospects through on-ground field activities, networking, and lead generation initiatives.
- Conduct business presentations, meetings, and discussions to onboard new franchise partners.
Revenue & Business Development
- Evaluate the potential of business partners to ensure successful expansion.
- Support in achieving business targets and growth objectives.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Share feedback with management to refine sales strategies and expansion plans.
Process Adherence & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports as per function guidelines.
- Regularly update management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications :-
- Proven expertise in franchise acquisition, expansion, and revenue generation.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role.
- Strong understanding of franchise models and market trends.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories for business expansion.
