Job Description:
- Minimum Experience of 12 to 15 years.
- Deep level of operational and people & culture knowledge.
- Experience of opening successful New Restaurants.
- Project Management experience would be helpful.
- QSR/Retail operational experience and commercial acumen.
- Ability to influence senior leaders both internally and externally.
- Analytical thinker who is capable of understanding root cause analysis, and applying actions to drive consistent change.
- Outstanding action driving ability, and attention to detail in managing process.
You will be responsible for:
- A key point of contact for the Director operations & market franchise leadership.
- Work with franchise leaders on various initiatives with agreed timelines, through a documented follow up roadmap.
- Complete and agree appropriate action plans and track progress and performance against.
- Spend time in the field with franchise partners - ensuring operational knowledge is always current.
