Job Responsibilities:
- Manpower Planning, Analyze workforce requirements and plan contract labour hiring.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure labour availability. Optimize workforce costs and productivity, Miscellaneous Planning for CL Recruitment
- Contract Labour Recruitment: Identify, hire, and on board contract workers through vendors or direct hiring. Negotiate contracts with labour suppliers and ensure cost efficiency. Maintain a smooth recruitment process and ensure timely hiring.
- Vendor & Compliance Management: Manage labour contractors and ensure legal compliance.
- Maintain records of contract labour attendance, wages, and contract terms. Work with HR and legal teams for audits and labour law compliance.
- Workforce Monitoring & Reporting Track labour productivity and suggest improvements.
- Address grievances and ensure a safe work environment. Prepare reports on workforce utilization and costs.
Qualification: MBA
