Founding Team Marketer - DevOps SaaS

As our Founding Marketer, you'll be the first marketing hire and work directly with the founders to build our brand, community, and inbound engine from the ground up.

Your key responsibilities:

Community Building:

- Build and engage developer communities on Reddit, Twitter, and LinkedIn

- Identify and collaborate with micro-influencers and early adopters

Content & Organic Growth:

- Drive inbound traffic through SEO-optimized blogs, Reddit threads, and LinkedIn posts

- Launch and manage a content calendar aligned with product updates and community trends

Lead Generation & Growth Marketing:

- Set up and optimize growth funnels using landing pages, CTAs, and lead magnets

- Track and analyze performance metrics to improve conversion rates and user acquisition

- Experiment with lightweight paid campaigns to amplify organic reach

Founder Collaboration:

- Work closely with the founders to shape messaging, GTM strategy, and positioning

- Be the voice of the user-gather feedback from the community and feed it into product and growth loops
