About the Company - Foundever is a global outsourcing company that provides customer service solutions to various industries.

About the Role - The Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and executing various engagement activities to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities.

- Engaging NHO for the Location.

- One 0 One Conducting One 0 One with all the new hire agents, sharing their respective observations and findings with ER and the training team.

- Close Loop Post discussions, close looping feedback with all the employees about the concerns raised.

- Touch Points Responsible for all functions meet in the batch and close looping feedback (ER meet post Salary, Transport meet post first home drop etc).

- RAG Meet the agents that have been highlighted on PAT and share observations, follow up to be closed by LM's.

- Fun sessions Minimum one weekly fun activity in batches.

- Theme Fridays Conduct Theme based weeks with the batch for Retention.

- Graduation Ceremony Conduct graduation ceremonies for all new hire batches.

- RnR Conduct Weekly RnR in the batches basis Attendance and Performance.

- OCP Responsible for engagement activities during OCP for all programs, weekly touch points.

- Social Media Support Sitel's Social Media initiatives which will require content creation & design, Co-ordination & Liaison with various stake holders.

- Branding Support Sitel's Branding initiatives which will require content creation & design, Co-ordination & Liaison with various stake holders.

- Site RnR Work closely with the HRs to plan and organize site-wise quarterly RnR.

- CSR Work closely with the site-HRs to plan and organize the CSR activities.

- Awareness Work in a proactive and positive way to promote Sitel and MAX programs to the New hires.

- Engagement Activities during Induction, Training & OCP.

- Touch Point meetings with employees.

- Reporting Dashboard, Powerpoint, Excel.

- Social Media content and design support.

- Site Branding content and design support.
