About the Role
Our client, a fast-scaling consumer brand, is seeking a Founders Office Associate to partner closely with the leadership team. This role blends strategic problem-solving with hands-on execution, offering exposure to cross-functional initiatives that directly shape the companys next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Investor Relations & Finance: Prepare board decks, investor updates, and MIS; support fundraising and stakeholder management.
- Data & Decision Support: Build and maintain AI-powered dashboards integrating sales, after-sales, and performance metrics; provide insights and anomaly detection.
- Culture & Organization: Drive cultural initiatives, onboarding, and NPS tracking; support HR-lite activities to embed strong organizational values.
- Special Projects: Lead high-priority initiatives and represent leadership in internal forums where required.
Candidate Profile
- 24 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, startup operator roles, or as ex-founders
- Strong analytical and communication skills (Excel, SQL, dashboards preferred)
- Ability to work in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments with a bias for action
- Cultural fit: entrepreneurial mindset with discipline to scale
