Founder's Office Role - Operations - IIT/IIM

We are India's largest omnichannel platform in the wall & floor dcor segment and one of the country's leading destinations for home interior goods. Founded in 2022 by two industry veterans (ex-BCG, IIT Bombay alum) with global construction experience, we've already served over 10,000 homes.

By cracking the complex construction supply chain, we deliver highly curated global collections directly to Indian homes-offering 10 variety at 20% lower prices. Backed by Accel, Whiteboard, and Y Combinator, we've raised ~$4.5M, work with 1,000+ designers & architects, and operate multiple experience centers in Bangalore.

We're on a mission to transform 1 million homes by 2030-and we're growing fast, targeting $10M+ revenue in the next year.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on execution role at the heart of our operations. You'll work directly with the founders, making sure our business runs smoothly every single day. What You'll Do:

- Run Day-to-Day Operations: Own key operational tasks and make sure things happen on time and without errors.

- Coordinate Across Teams: Work with sales, marketing, supply chain, and experience center teams to keep things running smoothly.

- Fix Bottlenecks Fast: Spot problems quickly and solve them on the ground-whether it's a process gap, stock issue, or urgent customer request.

- Improve Processes: Find simpler, faster, and more efficient ways to get work done, saving time and improving customer experience.

- Track & Report: Monitor operational metrics, prepare simple reports, and share updates with the leadership team.

What We're Looking For:

Education: IITs, BITS, IIMs (or equivalent).

Experience: 0-2 years, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce startup.

Execution-First Mindset: Energetic, aggressive, and relentless about getting things done.

Problem-Solving Skills: Comfortable dealing with uncertainty; can figure things out without a playbook.

Startup DNA: You thrive in chaos, work hard (50-60 hours/week, 6 days), and adapt fast.

Analytical + Practical: Can move from spreadsheets to on-ground execution seamlessly.
