The Founders Office is a strategic and operational powerhouse that drives growth, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across the company. We're looking for an adaptable and driven individual with experience in business strategy, operations, and project management to support the founders in building a high-performing, innovative organisation.

- 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in a SaaS organisation or top consulting firms.
Overview:
As part of the Founders Office, you will serve as a critical partner to the founders, translating high-level strategic initiatives into actionable plans and supporting the company's rapid growth. This role involves a unique blend of strategy, operations, and generalist responsibilities across functions, including sales, marketing, and organisational development.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with founders to define and implement the company's strategic roadmap, focusing on growth in sales, marketing, and operations.
2. Oversee workflows and processes to enhance scalability, efficiency, and cross-functional communication.
3. Drive sales and marketing initiatives, developing data-driven strategies for lead generation, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
4. Provide strategic insights, manage key projects, and coordinate high-profile initiatives with an emphasis on business growth.
5. Advise founders on strategic and operational matters, support team skills development, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2- 4 years in a founder's office, business analyst, project management, or analytics role in a high-growth environment, preferably within SaaS or consumer start-up.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategy with the ability to synthesise complex goals into actionable plans.
- Analytical Skills: Skilled in data analysis and presentation, with the ability to draw insights from data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Organisational Skills: Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with a high level of organisation.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare or technology is preferred but not required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
