Recruitment Manager
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our IT staffing division.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in high-volume IT recruitment and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive recruitment operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and ensure successful placements.
- High-Volume Hiring: Drive bulk hiring strategies and ensure quick turnaround times.
- Talent Sourcing: Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
- Compliance & Process Optimization: Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and improve processes for better efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across levels.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, HRMS, and other recruitment tools.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in managing a large recruitment team or working in staffing agencies.
