- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and retailers in the FMCG sector.

- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management.

- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.

- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on market conditions.

- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.

- Manage inventory and ensure product availability at retail outlets.

- Proven expertise in data analysis to interpret complex market trends and make informed recommendations for business growth.

- Experience in consumer insights to understand customer behaviour and preferences shaping our strategic direction.

- In-depth knowledge of market research methodologies to gather and analyse data for strategic planning.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.

- Competencies in supply chain management to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of supply processes.

- Analytical skills in retail analytics to optimise sales performance and implement data-driven strategies.

- Proficiency in brand management for effective positioning and differentiation in a highly competitive market.

- Expertise in competitive analysis to continuously assess the competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
