
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Minimum of 6-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and project management principles.
- Ability to create clear and concise functional specifications and use cases for IT development teams.
- Experience with data analysis, data modeling, and SQL queries to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with IT systems, databases, and software applications commonly used in the industry.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly, keeping up with technological advancements and industry best practices.
- Excellent documentation and report writing skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
