FluidCloud - Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic adviser to the CEO and executive team, providing data-driven insights and recommendations on finance, operations, and business planning.

- Oversee execution of strategic business initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.

- Lead and support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, using CPA/CA expertise to maintain regulatory compliance and drive fiscal discipline.

- Optimize operational processes by reviewing, redesigning, and implementing workflow and efficiency improvements.

- Coordinate and communicate objectives across departments, facilitating collaboration and organizational alignment.

- Oversee and support cross-functional projects including M&A, fundraising, ERP implementation, cost reduction, and new market entry.

- Lead or participate in executive meetings, follow up on action items, and drive execution of key deliverables.

- Serve as the CEO's delegate in selected meetings and represent leadership in high-level communications.

- Mentor teams on best practices in finance, compliance, and operations, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.

Qualifications and Skills :

- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant) certification required.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.

- 8-12 years of progressive experience in finance, operations, or business management-ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.

- Proven leadership and project management skills; experience working directly with senior leadership.

- Advanced understanding of financial statements, compliance, risk management, and process optimization.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; able to influence and build relationships across all levels.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality
