
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Were on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who lives and breathes the art of discovering and securing exceptional talent.
Youll be the go-to person for building our India team while also helping with global hires.
From engineers to project managers, your knack for spotting A+ talent will shape our growth story.
What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end hiring for tech (backend, frontend, data/AI, product, DevOps) and leadership roles.
- Jump in for non-tech roles too (PMs, Account Managers, Client Success) at juniormid levels.
- Build pipelines like a pro think LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, creative sourcing hacks.
- Run the full flow: screening first chats interview coordination smooth candidate experience.
- Work with agencies when needed (esp. global/non-tech roles).
- Help us create a global hiring playbook as we expand (think creative + EU markets like Poland/Berlin/Warsaw).
Who You Are:
- 4-6 years in tech hiring, preferably in a executive search firm and then a startup or product-led org.
- A natural talent scout you have a knack for spotting the right people and dont mind going the extra mile to find them.
- Strong experience in (backend, frontend, data/AI, DevOps, product, etc.) plus exposure to adjacent roles.
- Track record hiring engineers, ML/AI specialists, tech leads, PMs, and even leadership roles.
- Amazing at stakeholder management you can work with founders, CXOs, and hiring managers directly.
- Thrive in a fast-moving, lean team.
- Bonus points if youve dabbled in global/creative hiring (EU/US).
