Strategic HR Leadership:
- Liaise directly with the executive board, providing strategic counsel on all people-related matters.

Talent Acquisition :
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across diverse functions.
- Build and implement employer branding initiatives to position Flipspaces as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes and align them with strategic goals.
Employee Engagement and Development:
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee Happiness Quotient across all verticals.
- Design and execute employee engagement, training, and development programs.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees at all levels, ensuring continuous learning and development.
- Analyze employee feedback and data to create a better working environment.
HR Operations:
- Oversee performance appraisal systems to ensure high performance.
- Develop and monitor HR strategies, compensation, and benefits programs.
- Address grievances and manage employee relations professionally.
- Ensure legal compliance in HR management and maintain updated knowledge of employment laws.
- Lead the development of policies and procedures for organizational growth.
HR Compliance, Audits and Employee Relations:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and ensure compliance with local and international HR regulations.
- Manage employee relations, redundancies, and payroll with integrity and professionalism.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to legal standards in all HR processes.
- Handle payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Promote a fair, inclusive, and equitable workplace environment.
- Participate actively in internal and external HR audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address audit findings and implement necessary improvements.
Exists and Separations:
- Oversee smooth and compliant exit procedures for departing employees.
- Manage exit interviews to gather feedback for organizational improvement.
- Ensure proper documentation and legal compliance in separations.
Administration, and IT Oversight:
- Manage office administration, facility management, travel, and reimbursements.
- Collaborate with IT for robust infrastructure and technology solutions to enhance productivity. - Oversee budgets and cost management for HR operations.
