Flipkart - Senior Manager - Process Design

Responsibilities:

- Analyze existing fulfillment center processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

- Design and implement new processes to support new business models or product lines.

- Optimize space utilization in warehouses and hyperlocal stores through effective facility design and storage methodology.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of process designs with overall business objectives.

- Develop detailed process documentation and training materials.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance metrics.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in fulfillment center operations.

Qualifications:

- 4-10 years of experience in process design and optimization within a fulfillment center or warehouse environment.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and returns.

- Experience in designing and implementing process improvements using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.

- Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor a team
