About the Role:
This role is essential for reshaping HR by leading complex transformation programs covering both process and tech. You will orchestrate large-scale, strategic initiatives from planning to successful delivery, managing scope, risks, and stakeholders. A sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives are key to optimizing productivity and nurturing program success
You are Responsible for:
- HRMS and point solution implementation
- Leading end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex HR transformation programs.
- Developing and managing integrated program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and dependencies.
- Proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating program-level risks and issues.
- Managing relationships and communication with senior stakeholders, including executive sponsors and HR/Business leadership.
- Managing the overall program timeline, tracking project progress, and overseeing benefits realization/ROI reporting.
- Championing and integrating change management activities across the program.
- Analyzing existing HR workflows and designing optimized, user-centric future-state processes.
- Producing complete, accurate, and timely reporting of program and project statuses.
To succeed in this role you should have the following:
- Proven experience in HR Transformation projects
- Proven experience in business process analysis, mapping, and re-engineering, ideally in an HR context.
- Strong understanding of core HR functions, processes, the employee lifecycle, and the HR technology ecosystem.
- Significant experience managing large-scale, complex programs, preferably within HR or business transformation.
- Deep understanding of program/project management methodologies (PMI, Agile).
- Exceptional leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
- Strong financial acumen, including program budget management and ROI tracking.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Expertise in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
- A user-centric mindset with a passion for improving employee experiences.
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in program or project management.
