- Work on near term and strategic Demand Plan and outlook by working with category and city teams to understand the selection and pricing to meet the GMV and CM goals for the business.
- Formulate the pricing and selection strategy for the category growth and plan intervention for the GMV delivery and own the end to end selection and pricing metrics for the business.
- Own and execute the offers and pricing for the hyperlocal selection.
- Work closely with category management teams to co-own the selection and pricing strategy for Hyperlocal business, yet quantitatively and qualitatively validating the growth targets basis ongoing trends and heuristics.
- Assess market trends, seasonality and quick comm ecosystem to have an independent point of view on category demand and decision making on seasonal selection and pricing
- Build sell plan for Hyperlocal (1 month, 3 month and AOP), working with Category SPOC, Marketing, Merchandising, BizFin and other partners while keeping perspective on the growth and CM guardrails for the business
- Create and Maintain overall data required for data driven decision making including internal and market share views
