Flipkart - Manager - Process Design

Manager : Process Design : Flipkart Wholesale(Flipkart)

This role is for Flipkart wholesale Business Unit.

To succeed in this role you should have the following:

1. This role leads a very critical & core design charters in building/shaping up the FK-wholesale supply chain for long-term

2. Solutioning of scalable capabilities to improve cost, customer experience

3. Defining detailed process/system flow, operator UI solutioning with UI designers, writing test cases, UAT & deployment on ground

4. Work on product road-map prioritization along with different stakeholders i.e. operations, product, planning, finance & engineering

5. Closely working with Categories/Planning/Product/Tech./Operations/Finance & other design teams in supply chain to solve problems with targeted designs & develop/deploy on ground

6. Re-engineering of existing constructs/capabilities & benchmarking against best practices. Coming up with changes or replacements or extensions of current capabilities/constructs

7. Solving for faster scale. Striking a balance between efficiency & scale

8. Setting benchmarks, defining success metrics for projects, monitor project pilots and ascertain project success/failure.
