Position Overview:


- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head - F&A to lead our business development efforts in the Finance & Accounting outsourcing sector.


- The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing business operations for BPOs, particularly in F&A processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting.


- This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving sales and developing client relationships both online and offline.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's footprint in the F&A outsourcing market via online and offline marketing strategies.


- Manage and grow a pipeline of business opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and revenue targets.


- Lead sales efforts for projects exceeding $1M in size, ensuring successful engagement and delivery.


- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including CFOs, financial controllers, and decision-makers in enterprises.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and pitch tailored solutions that meet client needs.


- Maintain a deep understanding of the F&A sector, including trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.


- Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and client meetings to enhance visibility and brand reputation.


- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service and support throughout the sales process.


Qualifications:


- Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.


- Minimum of 15 years of experience in leading BPOs with a focus on F&A processes.


- Demonstrated success in managing sales and business development activities for projects above $1M in the global market.


- Strong exposure to finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


- Ability to work independently and with teams in a results-driven approach.
