About the Role:

- Global Asset Administration to maintain records of transactions related to syndication loans and the private debt market.

- Researches and resolves complex operational requests.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Perform day-to-day operational tasks.

- Proactively work with the client service team, settlement teams, and onshore support team for timely clearance and resolution of issues.

- Ensure all assigned tasks are actively performed with accuracy.

- Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

- Maintain clear communication with US Managers and other support teams.

- Respond to escalated client service emails.

- Collaborate with other teams responsible for systems of record to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.

- Provide status updates on problem resolutions and outstanding issues to other team members.

- Contribute ideas to improve team efficiency and assist with process improvement.

What You Will Need:

- Experience in Loan Syndication and Financial Services.

- 6+ years of work experience in Loan Syndication, CLO/CDO, and Asset Servicing.

- Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Flexibility to support business during extended hours.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel.

- Quick learner with a proactive approach to handling additional tasks.
