Job Description:
- Source candidates through various channels, such as vendors, job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and culture fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to job offer.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Responsibilities:
- Overall 5+ years experience.
- Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Strong working knowledge of posting jobs on social media networks.
- Outstanding knowledge of Naukri, HIRIST, IIMJobs, LinkedIn Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
- Good time-management skills.
- Ability to discover bottlenecks in the recruiting procedure.
- Quick decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a team, self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering results on time and with the utmost quality.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethics
