Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader-Sales (Real Estate) to lead and mentor a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry, along with strong leadership and communication skills. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of real estate sales professionals.
- Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for the team.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Resolve team conflicts.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. -
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other effective methods.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. -
- Ensure client satisfaction and generate repeat business and referrals.

Market Knowledge and Analysis:

Reporting and Administration:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
