Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager based in Gurugram.

- You will be responsible for leading and managing all sales activities, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships within the real estate sector.

- Your primary focus will be to understand client needs, present suitable property options, negotiate deals, and effectively close sales.

- You will also conduct market research, stay updated on industry trends, and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Manage and oversee daily sales operations and activities.

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored property solutions.

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Sales Process and Negotiation:

- Meet with potential clients to understand their requirements.

- Present property options and conduct property tours.

- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.

- Ensure all sales transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities.

- Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics.

- Stay updated on the latest real estate trends and regulations.

- Provide market analysis to management.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations.

- Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional materials.

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

Sales Skills:

- Proven track record of successful sales experience.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Market Knowledge:

- Proficiency in market research and analysis.

- Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market is highly advantageous.

Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Ability to present information clearly and persuasively.

Client Management:

- Ability to understand and anticipate client needs.

- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Organizational Skills:

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Teamwork:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the real estate industry.
