Role Description:
- The Manager-Residential Sales will be a key driver in our residential sales division, responsible for leading and managing sales activities, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
- This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the residential real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and estate agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management and Leadership:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the residential real estate sector.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales associates to maximize their performance.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Set clear sales objectives and provide regular feedback to the sales team.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by providing top-notch customer service throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Guide clients through the property selection, negotiation, and closing process.
Estate Agent Collaboration:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with estate agents to expand the company's network and generate leads.
- Collaborate with estate agents to showcase properties and facilitate sales transactions.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with estate agents to streamline the sales process.
Residential Real Estate Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the residential real estate market, including market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on residential property options.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales agreements.
Sales Process Management:
- Ensure a seamless and efficient sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.
Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market share.
- Attend networking events and industry functions to generate leads and build relationships.

- Proven track record of success in residential real estate sales.
- Strong understanding of the residential real estate market in Bengaluru.
- Excellent customer service and customer satisfaction skills.
