Area Sales Manager - Unsecured Business
Job Description:
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive the acquisition of unsecured loan customers through DSA Channels
- Meet or exceed area-level sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Identify and develop new market segments and business opportunities.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives and officers.
- Monitor and enhance team productivity and performance through regular reviews and
coaching.
- Implement incentive programs and performance improvement plans.
Customer Experience & Compliance:
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction through effective query resolution and onboarding.
- Maintain strict compliance with internal policies, lending norms, and regulatory guidelines.
- Minimize portfolio delinquency by overseeing quality sourcing and assisting in early collection activities.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track sales performance using dashboards and MIS reports.
- Provide insights and input for product refinement, pricing, and customer outreach strategies.
- Analyze competitor strategies and suggest action plans accordingly.
